This July, Becca & Junior are walking 100km!

Becca & Junior are taking part in PAWS for Sick Kids this July, walking 100km to support seriously ill and injured children and their families.

This cause is incredibly close to our hearts. Becca's six-year-old nephew, Lewis, was supported by Ronald McDonald House Sydney during his first major open-heart surgery to treat his severe aortic valve stenosis. Having Ronald McDonald House there meant his family could stay close when they needed each other most.

Unfortunately, Lewis faces a number of surgeries over the coming years to keep his little heart strong until he's old enough for a full valve transplant and Ronald McDonald House will continue to be there for him and his family throughout that journey.

Every day, families facing the unimaginable rely on Ronald McDonald House to keep them together while their child receives life-saving treatment. It costs around $160 to support a family for one night, allowing them to stay free of charge and focus on what matters most—their child.
