Biscotti & Peppino’s Big Adventure!

The Inglese Family are taking to the streets and  walking for Sick Kids!

My Hooman and I are taking part in PAWS for Sick Kids this July to support seriously ill and injured children and their families.

For sick kids staying at Ronald McDonald House in Randwick, they just want their families close as they battle childhood diseases, illnesses and injuries.

On average, it costs $160 to support a sick child and their family for one night at the House so that families can stay for FREE and focus on what is most important, their sick child

Please support me and help keep families together as they face the most difficult journey of their lives.

Together, we can show these brave and courageous kids that we're fighting for them.

While we have not reached our fundraising goal, we are so grateful for everyone who has donated and shared our efforts for the month of July. Day 22 to 31 - It’s the end! 🏁

Thursday 31st Jul
46km walked for the month of July with Biscotti and Peppino! They have smashed their 31km goal and then some. Frank and I are so proud of the distances they have walked this month.

Day 21 - Double Donation Day Again 💰

Tuesday 22nd Jul
Once again the paw-tastic corporate sponsors of the Pawz for Sick Kids event are doubling all donations made until 8am 23/07/2025. If you haven’t donated already, or just wish to donate again then now is a great time as any little bit will help us get to our fundraising goal!

Day 15 to 21 - Walking that Grind 🐾

Tuesday 22nd Jul
While the hoomans have been slack in updating daily, us doggies have been walking daily and we have surpassed our 31km goal. 6.02km walked in the last 5 days!!!

Day 14 - 3 walks today, how lucky! 🐾

Monday 14th Jul
Biscotti and Peppino were treated to 3 walks today, totalling 3.48km - this is their biggest walking day to date and already breaks the record they set themselves yesterday.

Day 13 - Fun at the dog park 🐾

Monday 14th Jul
Today Biscotti and Peppino got to stretch their legs in an off-leash dog park. They got 40mins of run around and explore, walking a total of 2km. Plus their 1.3km walk in the morning this meant it was their biggest walking day to date.

Day 12 - Sunshine ☀️

Monday 14th Jul
A good walking day for both Biscotti and Peppino. 1.96km walked today!

Day 11 - Small Walks 🐾🚶

Friday 11th Jul
Another small walk day for the doggies and hoomans. Biscotti and Peppino have walked a total of 1.68km today. Hopefully the weather will continue to be good over the weekend so we can all take an adventure walk.

Day 10 - Far To Windy 🍃

Thursday 10th Jul
Only one short walk today for Biscotti and Peppino. It was just far too windy, the dogs were going to blow away. Total walked today = 1km

Day 9 - Chilly Day 🥶

Wednesday 9th Jul
A cold one outside today. That didn’t stop Peppino from getting in 2km of walking.

Day 8 - Lazy Day 💤

Wednesday 9th Jul
Today was a soft walk day. Both Biscotti and Peppino deserve a little break for all their hard work in week one. Total walked today = 1.72km

Day 7 - Casual Day! 🐾

Monday 7th Jul
A very lazy Monday today. Only 1km walked. Both Biscotti and Peppino have smashed goals in week one. They have walked a total of 12km together already.

Day 6 - In The Nick of Time! 😅

Sunday 6th Jul
Managed to get two walks and a trip to the dog park in today before the lighting storm that rolled in 🐾 Total walked today = 2.35km

Day 5 - Sunshine and Walks 🐾☀️

Saturday 5th Jul
2.47km walked by Peppino today. The sunshine out today made for good weather.

Day 4 - Peppy’s Day!

Friday 4th Jul
Total walked today = 2.46km. Today was Peppino’s day to shine. This boy loves his walks.

Day 3 - 3km Accomplished Today!

The weather has finally improved, not a cloud in the sky! Both Biscotti and Peppino took to the streets for walks and they both couldn’t be happier to be walking for a great cause. Peppino total walked today = 3.1km and Biscotti total walked today = 1.38km

Day 2 - The Prince and Princess Do Not Like The Weather!

Thursday 3rd Jul
Day 2 was not successful either - the weather was not on our side today. 

Both Biscotti and Peppino are chomping to get some outdoor walks done. 

Good news! Tomorrow looks to be sunshine and clear weather - perfect for the two to start their outdoor adventures.

Day 1 - Rained Out!

Tuesday 1st Jul
Well, it’s not a good start to our July challenge! Sydney’s extreme weather has hit us today. This means we cannot do any outdoor walks - Biscotti and Peppino are not happy about that. Rest assured though, they will still get their walks in tonight with a few laps around the dining room table 😂

One Night Raised in Less Than 24 Hours!

Biscotti & Peppino Are Ready For Their Big Adventure!

July 1st is fast approaching and it has been all systems go in the Inglese Household preparing for the big walking adventures. Both Biscotti and Peppino are excited to get out and sniff new walking tracks and play areas as part of their big adventure month. The Inglese family ventured out to take some photos for the campaign. We all had a lot of fun - and a lot of treats!
